The short version: we do not collect anything. No accounts, no analytics, no advertising identifiers, no cookies, no tracking of any kind — not on this website, and not in our games.

This policy covers the website at fivefour.games and all games published by FiveFour Games, including Bombseeker and Jawless Fishtank on PC (Steam), Android (Google Play), and iOS (App Store).

This website

fivefour.games is a static site. There is no database, no comment system, no contact form, no login, and no server-side code processing anything you do. We set no cookies and run no analytics or tracking scripts.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which may include IP addresses and browser user-agent strings, for the purpose of serving the site and protecting it from abuse. We do not use those logs to build any profile of you.

Fonts are served from this site directly rather than from a third-party font service, so loading a page does not tell anyone else that you were here.

Our games

We do not collect, store, or share:

• Names, email addresses, or any other identifying information
• Location data
• Analytics or telemetry
• Advertising identifiers
• Cookies or similar tracking technologies

All gameplay data — progress, in-game currency, saves, settings — is stored locally on your device. We have no access to it and it is never sent to us.

Third-party platforms

FiveFour Games does not integrate any third-party service that collects data: no social media SDKs, no ad networks, no analytics tools.

However, the stores you buy or download our games from — Valve (Steam), Google (Google Play), and Apple (App Store) — collect their own data under their own policies. We do not control that and we do not receive any of it.

Children's privacy

Our games are intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 — or from anyone else, since we do not collect personal information at all. If you believe we have somehow received such information, contact us and we will delete it immediately.

Your rights

Rights to access, correct, export, or erase personal data all depend on us holding personal data about you. We do not hold any. If you would like that confirmed in writing, email us and we will confirm it.

Changes to this policy

If this ever changes — for example, if a future game needs online features — we will update this page and change the date at the top before that game ships, not after.
