Bombseeker

Short: Mark the bombs, clear the road, get paid.

Key points:

• Minesweeper, with somewhere to be — Every tile you uncover tells you how many bombs sit next to it. The difference is that you are not clearing a grid for its own sake — you are clearing a road, and the road goes somewhere.
• Two campaigns, eleven hand-built maps — A six-level tutorial gets you working, then eleven fixed levels take you out of Alanther along the routes to Prithe and Craithe.
• Endless randomised routes — When you run out of hand-built maps, randomised ones keep generating and keep paying into the same coin total.
• Paid by the bomb — One coin for every bomb you mark, one more for finding a safe path through. Careful work pays better than lucky work.
